A Contemporary Dialogue with the 4,700-Year-Old Hongshan Legacy.
Hand-Carved by Master Song Weifeng.
Each sculpture is a unique 1/1 edition, carved from a single block of natural Balin Stone. Authentication and provenance included.
"Yanfeng Studio" derives its name from 'Yan'—the ancient Hongshan cultural region—and 'Feng', his given name. Based in Chifeng, the heartland of Hongshan culture, Master Song brings 30 years of unparalleled expertise in Balin stone carving.
Each sculpture is a meditation in stone. Rejecting molds and casts, Master Song spends 12–18 hours of meticulous hand-guided carving on each piece. He listens to the stone, allowing its natural grain and warmth to dictate the final form.

Balin Stone, often referred to as "Northern Jade," is a rare variety of soapstone quarried exclusively in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia. Prized for its softness, delicate texture, and warm, waxy luster, it has been the medium of choice for Chinese artisans since Neolithic times.
Unlike manufactured resin or cold metal, each Balin Stone sculpture possesses a unique thermal conductivity—feeling cool to the touch in summer and retaining warmth in winter. The natural gradients of color, from milky white to cinnabar red, ensure that no two pieces are ever alike.
To preserve the integrity of the natural material, no artificial markings are applied to the sculpture itself. Each piece is authenticated via a Certificate of Authenticity and custom packaging imprinted with the Loong Heritage brand and unique serial number.
